My lease is up soon and I’m so happy to finally be free. I got a good two months into my lease before the roaches started popping up. I closed all my sinks and about drove myself mad cleaning. They still freaking came. I finally started using peppermint essential oil and they don’t come anymore. I’ve been followed by cars when I go check the mail. Scary men cat call you and I have had strangers knock on my door at weird hours. This is not a safe place for young women. My fridge broke twice and maintenance took longer than a week each time to fix it. I had tons of food spoiled and they never even apologized. They only fixed it when I started the process of breaking the lease. They shut off water all the time with no warning. There is also dog poop all over the property. I am embarrassed to

I lived here for two years and it was the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The complex is not gated so the living residents near by like to throw their trash into the dumpsters that we pay for monthly. In result of that, that trash around the dumpster doesn’t get picked up which leaves a mess and a horrible smell. The laundry room has washers and dryers that take your money. A lot of the machines stay out of service and there is always a mess. The pools don’t seem to be unkept by maintenance as much as they should be, the water and the area is always dirty. There is a pretty bad roach infestation. They offer free roach sprays weekly which I took advantage of but didn’t fix the problem at all. The homeless like to linger in the complex and leave their dirty clothes behind the bus

Lived here for about 2 years and no matter how clean you are, roaches are everywhere.. they have a terrible roach infestation and we had moved due to the military which we had military orders for and they charged us anyway an extra 950 just for moving and they told us they’d fix it and refund us but it’s been about a year and NOTHING has happened… we left the apartment spotless than when we received it. Loved my home there besides the roaches and often power/water shut offs. they always have different managers so records get lost easily.. hence why we got charged for leaving for not ever having our orders on record even after sending them and emailing them multiple times.

If you want to be woken up to roaches crawling on you. No matter how clean you are. Neighbors smoking Fentanyl day and night with the fumes coming thru the vents. And air ducts that haven't been cleaned in 3 decades. Nothing like walking out your door to greet your neighbor who's got foil and straw, lighter in hand puffing away. Then by all means this is the spot for you. Definitely a place to call home if u want people passed out from drugs and eating out the dumpster. Then they will have the nerve to try and charge someone 4k after having Roaches crawling on ya. And 2nd hand drug smoke pouring thru your living quarters. SO BAD! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! disgusting and bad management. My friends been living here for two years, and has moved to different buildings in the same complex in that time to see if it was just the building she was in, and it wasn't. This is after not being loved in for only a week. They've taken over everything. My friend was super clean and cleaned every day to try and help, but it only seemed to get worse as she's been here. They moved out because of how bad everything was, and had to throw away expensive items due to infestation.
