Melissa is such a kind-hearted, wonderful, accommodating property manager! She helped my family with our new born baby into his apartment. She has blessed us with a newly used couch. I've even seen this women help several other families around the complex and always goes above and beyond for anyone it would seem she comes in contact with. I recommend Thurber Terrace Apartment complex to anyone.

Having been in management myself I understand what a delicate balance it is to meet the needs of the tenant and the expectations of the property owner. Our manager, Melissa, does everything she can to fulfill her obligations to everyone involved. She truly cares that her tenants are happy in their home. She listens to anyone with a concern and she always has a smile and a hello for everyone else. I believe she is the hardest working and most caring manager I have ever encountered. I feel lucky to live here.

I have lived at Thurber Terrace for over 5 years and have to say the current manager, Melissa, has turned this complex around for the better. Perspective residents are intensely screened to insure the integrity of our community. Concerns and repairs are addressed as soon as possible. The camera incentive is a welcomed security measure Melissa pushed for and everyone is encouraged to participate. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly and a great place to cool off from the Tucson heat.

I was living there for exactly 3 years. My brother lived there prior . I came to Thurber knowing very little about the property. The fact that in 3 years WE as in Melissa and her team made a difference in that property. She does her best n her damnest to clean up n clean out. Some more were challenging than others 😂. I’m thankful for everything she did. Working in the ghetto side of 85705 isn’t the best. She made it a home for everyone made them feel welcome. Melissa is a great manager, she knows her business. The pool is delicious at night the atmosphere around is perfect for get together! I highly recommend if your just starting out to check it out. I have had to deal with the leasing agent through email as I do not live in Tucson, but my daughter goes to college there. The leasing agent has been amazing. This site is under new management so don't let old reviews concern you. Check them out.
