Three Springs Townhomes

Please be careful renting from Three Springs. I was set to move in 7/31/25 did application process with them.. Did everything right. Had my home packed and U-Haul truck set. Even gave landlord my duke energy number for switching over electric before I was to give her the deposit come morning of the move. The landlord called me off a cell phone number after hours on night of 7/30/25 at 7pm to inform me that they had a flooring company come in earlier in the afternoon of 7/30/25 to redo our floors; why they chose so late I’m unsure.. but called to explain to me that it was inhabitable to move in because they found a roach infestation ( a bad one ) . Plus mentioned replacing appliances. I had put a month notice in with my landlord.. even broke my lease to move in early because they said they

We have several issues with our appliances in our apartments and nothing has been fixed. Management is horrible. Bunch of liars. Very nice apartments though but very cheap material. Lotta things break. never there when we need them to be in their office supposed to be Supposed To be here from 8 AM till 430 Monday through Friday never in the office very unprofessional management. We’ve been having bug problems for over a year now no one has came over to spray any bugs spray or anything you know it’s just terrible.

Wasted $100 on just applying. Don't waste your time here they never answer and will never tell you if you’ve been approved or not.

Never ever answers the phone and does not return calls

Looking for low income apartments and hopefully they are so I can move there!
