Lived here a long time! Washer was out very recently...on my floor....all of 2 days later and it's fixed. Excellent laundry facilities on every floor

I've lived here for five years and it's been a generally positive experience. The buildings are older so there are drawbacks like very little overhead lighting, thin walls, and some aesthetic elements, but my 2-bedroom apartment is spacious and of fair quality for the amount I pay, so it's a worthwhile tradeoff. Maintenance guys rule and are almost always responsive to issues. The location is also very convenient with stores and my gym and such just a few minutes away in any direction. My one major complaint really is the change in management a couple years ago. My rent stayed consistent and increases were negligible before the change. I lived in this place for over a year. You love it until you have an issue. The laundry machine has been down over a week or so. Maintenance has still not come in after many calls. When BRG Apartments ( the new management) says :”If an issue arises in your home or at the community, our knowledgeable response team will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible” in their Trust Our Promise” I am sorry but that is not true. I referred two families in the past and they turned down only because it is hard to reach the manager because she is busy and the place has not been renovated for years. Especially the kitchen. I swear the kitchen cabinets are older than my father who is over 60. The place just looks old. Beware of the reviews as they are misleading because they are just

Love staying here, very quiet and safe place. Just off I71 and plenty of stores around. Maintenance team is highly professional!

Chloe was so sweet to meet to show the model on my lunch break and it was probably hers too. She was professional, informative and so kind showing the model. I would love to rent here because the management seems to care. Thank you Chloe
