DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you want to build a LEMON 🍋 HOME…. Build with Fischer Homes!!! I BUILT my BRAND NEW HOME with them, closed in 3/2022. 3 months later 6/2022, I stared having problems with my a/c unit cutting off and not cooling! The parts and labor were under a ONE YEAR warranty! Within the 1st year, I had 2 service calls for the SAME problems I was having. (They band-aided the issue.. Added coolant and moved my unit that was inside to “level it” ). In 2024, I had 2 more service calls for the SAME ISSUES, I had to pay for since my 1 year warranty was up! (Issue was still band-aided, they added coolant to my unit and changed my thermostat ) Fast forward to 2025.. I got a second opinion… 3/2025 on a 3 year old BRAND NEW UNIT… my condenser coil had a leak in it and needed to be replace
Recently bought and moved into a condo here and the Fischer homes team is second to none in terms of service! The community is super nice but still under heavy construction as of Dec 2022, but once it’s all finished it is going to be an amazing location and an amazing community. Huge shout out to the entire Fischer Homes team!
