Three Links Apartments

This facility does not live up to their mission statement. Residents receive little or no programming in terms of maintaining any skills that they have when they become a resident here. They get up in the morning and they sit, all day. They may occasionally go for a ride in a loud and uncomfortable old bus, or they might have an art activity. But 95% of the time, they sit all day and do nothing. There is very little interaction between staff and residents other than at feeding time. Some of the staff lie about what they do when their negligence is reported however, this facility makes you feel like it is the reporter that is lying. Where do i start! I have distant family that stays in three links and has been there for some time now. Usually i don't hear much from her but recently when we spoke she talked about a CNA that has been doing excellent with her. I guess they don't see each other as much as they would like to because she works the overnights but she has never been so happy and had so many smiles on her face. I'm not exactly sure on her full name but my family member calls her Nellie or Janelle. She says that she goes the extra mile for her always. God and the world need people like this. We are a blessed family truely.

The last time I visited there, back in September, the place us always clean and the people are always welcoming and kind.
