This place is horrible to live! And got worst when we got this new manager Kayla in. She has done nothing but cause trouble over. She has created personal relationships with people on the property to the point of actually telling peoples personal business to these friends she made. The only complaints she listen to are from those people. She’s never in office and when she is she has the door close with the out of office sign on. She never answers the phone! And so many people have complained about her professionalism and management does nothing but take her side. She holds onto people’s utility checks for months yet make it her business to try to evict you after a week of not receiving what she is owed. Property manager, Kayla has been harassing me since I moved in. I need Cindy to please get ahold of me asap. The police don’t want me communicating with kayla anymore.

Impossible to get on the waiting list. Place is never open. Lady we spoke to about getting information was incredibly rude. Literally never has an opening, no matter how much time passes. It may look nice but very difficult to deal with

lived here for 9 years and my children and I have been very happy with our home and with management. I think it is very safe and manangement cares about the residents and the condition of the property.

Me and my family live here and we have a new manger every couple weeks people's children look threw my door the kids here leave trash outside the kids don't have boundaries they are rude the neighbors p all gather up outside at both sides and they are rude we have new maintenance every couple of weeks we have a new maintenance guy he's nice but we barely ever have one long time the manger does nothing we have several problems
