Renting through Thousand Hills Property Group the past 2 years was a great experience. Pam and the team are quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question or a maintenance need, it was quick to get resolved. I would definitely recommend this group to everyone!

I have NEVER felt so discriminated as i did working with Pamela. I am coming from a different state. I had already got approved with another townhome but was very interested in a home with this company. I sent her tax forms, sale report, and bank statements. Everything a self employed person can do. But then she proceed to tell me im not qualified for the rent ($1,800) and that i have to pay $2,000 for rent along with a double deposit. I make 4.5X the rent!!! I have a credit score in the high 700s , but im not qualified to pay base rent ? Very curious. Is it because im moving from a different state ? Did she just want to collect application fees? Did she not like the way i looked and want me an my children in the home ? Not sure, but definitely doesn’t seem fair.
