Would not recommend living here. Management was constantly changing and they are not personable or helpful in any way. There are ends of joints littered throughout the property that my dog has ingested multiple times and gotten sick. The garbage and recycling is always overflowing. All the events are held during working hours so not many can actually participate. They sent out the renewal later with less than 90 days notice (they basically said they have flexibility in the time they can send out notices, but residents do not) and raised the rent even though it’s posted lower online and offering a free month to new residents, no incentive for current residents. We gave over a month’s notice for vacating since we finally had enough, and since it wasn’t the full 60 days we’re told we have to

All of the staff here are amazing. But today, I happen to catch kenny in between jobs and he was more than willing to take a pause and help me with our fire alarm needs. In furthermoremore, we have two dogs that are always so shy around people.But for some reason, there is not a single staff member at thornbury park that the boys don't go crazy to go see. Please DONT EVER rent from them. Management is horrible; they have changed Management a thousand times; no one can explain anything or don't have the time to assist. I moved out in November 2025. I properly gave my 60 day notice. I vacanted the apartment in November but was told I had to pay rent up until my lease ended Dec 15 2025. I paid that received a statement stating 0 balance. Now I am being charged a water bill for a vacanted apartment. The property manager was rude and had no knowledge of the information. When I asked her how can someone still have a bill there when the apartment was vacant she said the toilet and hot water heater still running. I am taking this to upper authorities/Management! First year out of the three stayed here, was great. Stay away now, constant staff changes, buyouts, etc, have resulted in a non-tenant friendly living. I also experienced theft, gun pointed at me one night and more. Highly recommend searching elsewhere. My AC also had gone out two or three times and took weeks to get fixed and was always something with poor communication. Do better! This place has been nice to stay. The units are nice and relatively updated with plenty of space. However, my issue comes in with management. They take days if not weeks to respond to service requests regardless of the severity of the issue. What really has thrown me with this place is their apprehension with dogs while advertising that they welcome animals. My dog is a rescue and is reactive, one of the first months they came to spray for bugs they refused to come in the unit due to her barking. Even though I offered to completely remove her from the unit and allow them to do whatever was needed, they still refused. I have just recently received a notice with a $350 fine regarding me not picking up my animals poop. My lease is up in 3 months and have never once had an issue then I randoml
