Thompson Village

I have lived in this apartment complex for nearly 3 full years now. At first, it was peaceful and quiet considering the surrounding area but since the 1st of 2025 I have had 1 vehicle stolen and another broken into and heavily vandalized. Management claims there is afterhours security but they seem to be worthless nor does management seem to care about the safety and security of their residents. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and will be looking to relocate as soon as possible.

Ive lived here since 2021 and the company decided to do away with calling into the office to do work orders and make it to where you do it yourself online, my problem with this is i tried that in the past and the wrong thing gets dealt with so i personally prefer to set up maintenance requests on the phone since they understand the system better. Personally i have things i need a workorder done but probably wont deal with it. They also made renewals all online as well. With the amount that gets paid it shouldn't be this hard to do everything.

Great community, maintenance on top of it and staff is friendly also safe . Love it been here 8 years

I’ve lived at Thompson village for almost 3 years, I love it here the apartments are clean the neighbors are nice and quiet. The staff is awesome great attitudes, Mrs Tamira is very friendly,understanding and will go out of her way to help in anyway. She is patient and very professional.

I've lived at Thompson village apartments for many years. It's one of the best places I've lived. Office staff are always helpful and we have a service coordinator who is amazing and helps residents with a variety of things. Maintenance is very good and they try their best to get all needs taken care of quickly.
