Thomas Meeting Apartments

I love staying here. Wish we could stay here longer but we gotta move. We have stayed here for a year. Melissa always helped us. The maintenance is top notch. It is a peaceful community with great amenities. Its very walkable and great for dog owners. The pool is always clean. Gym is great too. Sauna and hot tub option is great. Love the small gatherings and party we had in the clubhouse. The location is also great as everything is around us.

Terrible experience (0 stars). They leased a mice infested apartment to us with large holes in the laundry room, and behind the kitchen oven (Pictures attached). There was no way for us to find these holes/mice until after getting the keys and moving to the apartment. When a mouse was seen in the house, traps were laid in the kitchen without any thorough inspection by the maintenance staff and the exterminator. Only after 3 mice were caught and me and my wife stopped by in the leasing office to request a thorough inspection, the 3 aforementioned holes were patched and daily inspections were initiated. Secondly, it was impossible to sleep in two of the bedrooms out of three due to water sound running through pipes. It was a structural flaw that the water lines were common and any of the 5

First, what a horrible experience my family and I had at Thomas Meeting! After living there for almost 3 years, the rent went up $106 in one year! We found a wonderful place for much less, larger square footage and more amenities. Also, Management is much better, having the same managers for many years, well educated and professional! It speaks volumes! Maintenance is the only good thing at Thomas Meeting! When our washing machine had issues with soap build up, instead of taking accountability for possible plumbing issues on outdated appliances, the manager’s response was “Are you using HE laundry detergent?? “ Huh? Lived here for a year in 2024-2025. Maintenance was always responsive, the community was very pretty, and quiet, and we had no issues at move out. I enjoyed my time at Thomas Meeting!

Lived here for 2 years , had $1000 deposit but got back only $180 since leasing people will charge you unnecessary expenses for minor carpet damages and kitchen top damages. Overall community is good for living but expensive.
