I would give the staff here 5 stars. They answer/send maintenance in a very timely manor. Returned our security deposit, which seems rare these days. They were super easy to work with! The apartment and building itself is pretty outdated. I had a pretty good experience living here and would recommend! Felt as close to living in a treehouse as we can get in the cities, quiet area and nice views!

I have lived at Thomas Lake Pointe for 14 years. Of all the paces I have lived, This the most beautiful. Only 4 buildings, In the middle of woods. The Fall Is The Best. Then spring when everything grows and turns green. At any rate, The office stuff are on the ball at all times, with what ever needs to be done, or get done. All are so very kind and friendly. I care about where I live so much, I will stand up to who ever...... Sit out on your deck, watch the most, the birds, the deer. So quiet here. I could go on and on. I LOVE IT. Thank you for reading. The views are great and there is great access to nearby walking trails. But the 1510 building has some serious issues. The elevator often does not work, jolts up and down when it does work, and has occasionally trapped people. (Fire Dept recently had to be called because maintenance was unresponsive). Someone in the apartment below us constantly bounces a basketball off the walls, night and day, which is loud enough to make things in our apartment rattle. The maintenance man routinely parks his second vehicle in the underground car wash, so it is never available. We have repeatedly tried to notify management, but the on site staff routinely locks their office. This is a very frustrating place to review. The property is simply amazing and overall pretty quiet to live in. The maintenance people do their best with the confines of management. The facility is extremely run down. The furnace, carpet, appliances, ac and most items are from 1985. My electric bill last month was $175 for a dumpy run down apartment. They tell me everything is fine. Fine for them as they don’t pay the electric bill. I love the peace and quiet but it ends there. This was formerly a section 8 housing and it looks like it. The roof, siding, decks and so on are all original from 1985. Don’t move here.
