Thomas Home Inspections

I actually was just trying to Google Thomas Home Inspection Services to refer to yet another client of mine and saw a 1 star review, so I thought I'd add mine. When I have a client who wants a comprehensive and easy to understand home inspection I always refer them to Thomas Home inspections. His work is thorough, reports very detailed and complete with pictures and locations of potential problem areas with a clear explanation of recommended repairs. What I really appreciate is he doesn't try to upsell. Sure, he could quote some ridiculous sum to get on your roof and change your flashings, but instead he's happy to tell you it's a cheap and easy to do repair yourself.
