Placer Title Company

Well this is the day after I "sold" property. Not a peep from the Title company whether we recorded yesterday. Not once did anyone call me or return a call from me. I got one quick call from someone setting up an appointment to sign documents while the buyer was signing. My Broker got through once or twice. I would recommend choosing a different Title company unless you like being kept in the dark about the whole process. If you choose to use them i suggest avoiding "Cindy". One star is too much in my opinion.
