This company is a horrible company to rent from. When we rented a few years ago they had 2-3 stars not sure how they have higher reviews now but looks like they are all newer reviews and all new rentals not moving out so that might explain that. Moving out they will take everything they possibly can when the majority of what they are charging for would be taken care of with the professional cleaning and professional carpet cleaning they charge for. Also they charge for things that would absolutely be considered wear and tear after 2 years. If you are renting the house on Hubbard beware the rent is 3200 plus 800 utilities. They do not put any money back into the house. Brand new deck never protected, the garage roof had flashing hanging off the house for 2 years, not new carpet, the whole

Just got our new storefront and HPM has made this the easiest process ever! They explained every piece of the contract, were extremely detailed and professional and even represented my needs well to the owner. Amazing experience, will definitely use them for our personal properties and recommend them highly!

HPM was amazing to work with! My family and I were moving from out of state and April was very helpful and communicative to guide us through the process. If you’re looking for rentals in the Auburn area HPM can help. The only thing I wish they had was an online portal for applications, account, payments etc.

I’m a new tenant of HPM’s and so far we have had a great move in experience! All of the office ladies are kind and helpful and personable. Smooth move in process with utilities, the house looked good, and overall a pleasant experience! Would recommend :-)
