this place is the embodiment of 'just good enough'. but hell, am I in a position to judge? probably not. 'a' for effort in the case of just about all the staff regarding their day to day operations. but in regards to issues between residents (ie laundry theft and theft in common areas) staff is shockingly hands off. if nothing is done about these types of issues and staff could care less, it just fosters an environment were crappy behavior is perfectly tolerated.

Know someone who lives here, and just cannot wrap my head around the fact of "No Visitors!" And they are not exaggerating! I am just confused as to why? It can't be because of COVID anymore, cause that has died down enough to at least allow visitors, one would think anyways. Who knows... But i do know that rule is rediculious when we come there to buy a washer and dryer from someone who lives there, but we cant even go inside to help her bring it down. So with no help from her bf, she was stuck doing it all by herself....thanks to the kind neighbor guy that helped her when she got downstairs. But wow, the rules are just absurd and not fair. If someone is paying money to live somewhere, they should be allowed to have visitors too. Rant over, carry on.......🙄

I have lived here for several months now and it has it's pros and cons the building is vary nice all new updated features including energy efficient everything lots of fire safety features I live in a one bedroom besides those they also have efficiencies the one bedroom apt.s are vary spacious large windows take up almost the whole wall on the two outside facing walls in the living room and the bedroom has one outside facing wall that bares beautiful windows the size of the wall as well large window sills are perfect for growing your favorite plants the bathroom is extra large full bathtub free wifi staff on duty 24/7 4 safety cons shared kitchens no visitors lots of crime my car was stolen from parking lot homeless problem in adjesent wooded area

I Live Here And Its Great The Staff Are Super Supportive And They Do A Great Job Of Helping You Get Your Needs Met. The "NO VISITORS POLICY" Has Been Lifted To Anyone Who Has Had Trouble With That!
