Don’t let the brochure deceive you. There is nothing luxurious about this dump! What you see is definitely what you’re getting! Only reason why it got a star was to post this. I believe that’s still too much credit! STAY AWAY! Management and Owner both know about mold, leaks, flooding and structurally unstable units. Walls separating from foundation, floor is literally caving in. It’s one big sinkhole! Check code enforcement before renting. It could save you or a loved one’s life! I AM NOT EXAGGERATING AT ALL! Ask for mold inspection reports. Ask for licenses and certifications of maintenance workers, as work is never completed properly. There is a huge language barrier and they do not care! We just moved here and so far The people in the office are wonderful Eduardo and Jenny are very kind and helpful and when I had problem or anything to fix in my place they came fast to fix it the same day. I love my apartment

I was very happy when I first moved in but unbeknownst to me the apartment was already damaged and old! For 6 months I had $500 Duke Energy bills due to an old and a raggedy AC unit, this was reported to the office several times and nothing was done except a duct cleaning; knowing this was financial strain the apartment complex is now deciding to evict me. Which I look at as a blessing! The apartment needs to be renovated all over. Instead of keeping loyal tenants they would rather evict old tenants and raise the rent and get new tenants that will pay the ridiculous rent they are asking for the minimal space. The parking lot have speed bumps and huge potholes that ruin your car and tires. The apartment units have water damage, mold, leaks and other damages not to mention roaches! Doing all

Lived here recently for about two months and unfortunately my unit was infested with termites and roaches. Had issues with maintenance not showing up or the office staff not upholding their promises. The office staff was kind and tried to help when they could but there were honestly so many issues with this property that, at the time, I truly don’t think they could keep their heads above water. Thankfully I got out of the lease early and they rectified the situation. Even with that said though, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

The worst and lowest reviews have been within the past six months so management still seems to be the same. I have been calling this complex for 5 days so far to ask questions and request a tour. There is NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called from open up until they close and there will be no one that answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. I went in person snd simply sat in my car and called. I watched them all move not one muscle to take initiative to answer the phone. No care in the world. I was calling to apply and put down the deposit because I was smitten by the units online but after reading just the first 5-10 reviews, I don't even want a tour.
