The Woods Apartments

I am still waiting for building 10's outside light to be fixed after almost a month. I work in the evening/overnight shift and have to go out in the dark with no outside light. also, several weeks ago a broken pipe led to a flood in my apartment. the water was cleaned up but part of the carpet was to be removed to prevent mold. to date, it hasn't happened.

I have had to rigorously project-manage literally EVERY SINGLE maintenance issue I've had from day 1. From the 2nd floor balcony railing that took them 8mo to finally send someone out to address (meaning, I couldn't use my balcony for most of the first year I was here) to the squirrel infestation in my ceiling that took 2yrs for them to finally address, to the multitude of internal cosmetic things that are done incorrectly or sloppily to my notable inconvenience. Also, there are routine septic system backups at the facility which cause foul odors to linger in the air... and for some reason, there's a shiny grey silt that comes out of my faucets and spigots in large quantities at random intervals and they've never properly addressed that one.
