In Spring of 2025, Peter Muehlbronner inspected the pool and pool system of a property in which we were interested. He was thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. He also provided us with a detailed report with photos, explanations of his findings, and his evaluation; all of which were a great help to us in making a decision about the home purchase. Pete is the absolute best inspector that I have ever had the pleasure of working with over the last 35+ years. He is knowledgeable and thorough and takes the time to explain everything to buyers. We were looking at a house that we knew had some issues but i was unaware of the total scope of work that needed to be performed to get the house up to our needs. Bad boiler, rotted windows, faulty electrical connections, rotted siding, old pool equipment, a pool that had shifted and was no longer level, buried oil tank, and a deck that was not structurally sound. Peter went through with a fine tooth comb and allowed us to go back to the seller with a number for repairs. The deal, fortunately, didn't work out saving us a ton of aggravation and money. The inspection was not inexpensive but well worth it, you do get what you pay for. I was very happy with the comprehensiveness of the report and the explanation of all the issues.
