Barry Court Apartments

We moved in over a month ago. We chose Barry Court for the price and location. It is a short walk to town and the train station. So, so, so importantly, it has been very quiet at night. Thank you neighbors! Jessica was super helpful and kind when were were looking at and applying for the apt. Our apartment had just been fixed up before we moved in. We had a question and Ana responded right away, and Pablo and Efrain have taken care of everything right away. The apartment is great, I see the sun set behind the trees each day from the row of four windows in the front room and kitchen. There is good air flow through the apartment. We have A/C for the hottest days. Each apartment has a parking space that is close by and can be seen from the apartment. All of this makes it very good to live her

Terrible appliances. Windows arent even connected to framing .Water leaking from ceiling causing water to fall from ceiling. Air condition leaks water and went stop. 1 of 2 property mangers are highly unprofessional and argues with tenants. SERIOUSLY BAD ATTITUDE. You can be as cordial as possible and will still talk to you like she's better then you. Don't move here. Rent is too high to not have zero amenities. 0/10

I’ve had a great experience at Barry Courts Apartments! The property is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Huge thanks to Ana and Jessica- they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Their professionalism really makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
