After looking around and not having my voice mails returned by others I was glad to reach Fred at Fidelity live and we had a good conversation and I asked for and received a accurate estimate. Two days later I hired him and later that week he showed up at my house on time and we toured my place and he took many photos and notes. Within about ten days I had my home appraisal and it was right on the money which other professionals later confirmed. Fred, has been doing this a very long time so its safe to say you wont be disappointed.
