Management breaks contracts at will - They claim to be pet friendly but have kicked pets out in violation of the least. They fine people for no reason. The dumpster is frequently broken - management's response was to put up signs and fine residents for leaving trash near the dumpster. NOT a good place to live. Anyone who writes a positive review has never lived here.

They DO NOT allow falconry/birds of prey to live in the apartments. I wish this was mentioned in the lease because I now have to rehome 5 falcons, 3 kestrels and 7 pigeons. The tennis court is excellent tho.

Management is unresponsive at best. If you rent from a private landlord instead of through management, don’t expect your landlord to be able to deal any issue outside the four walls that you rent. Trash is often piled Up outside the community compacter. Safety has historically been an issue and continues to be one.

$600 - $800 per person covers a fair amount of floor space per flat. Price includes basic utilities. I STRONGLY suggest sharing wireless internet with neighbors and save yourself half of $80 per month. Like Justin says, there is a public pool in the middle of the grounds, and the neighborhood is crawling with college students, but most are nice... during the day.

Don't. Had more problems here than any other place I've lived. Emails from management come with attitude. Also bugs on the first floor at least. I have been trying to get out of the lease since I moved it just don't.
