Mike Polega helped us at every point of our purchase as first time home buyers. Every question was answered and in great detail. If we had a problem he took care of it. If we had a concern he looked into it. He even gave us references of inspectors we could use, which turned out to be one of the best ones out there. Some agencies are in it for the profit. Mike clearly was it it for our satisfaction. As a first time home buyer he also gave us a discount on his retainer fee as the buyer's agent. I just bought a house and their agent Dylan Arntzen is the one who sold us the house. I’ve emailed him since Sunday and I have yet to get a response. I purchased this house thinking that the tenant had until March for his lease according to our contract agreement but the actual lease from the tenant is actually until May. I literally skip on another house because of this. Then on the contract it states that the washer and dryer came with the house and also on the tenants lease it states that it is theirs. I used them thinking they belonged to us and yet again I had to apologize. I gave my current ones away thinking that we had the ones from the house. Do not buy anything from them, they are not careful on how they write down their stuff.
