Sutter Creek Apartments

I've lived here for the past 2 years and absolutely love it! The community is calm and peaceful, yet still super accessible to major stores and the highway. It’s a great place for walking, and the nearby trail is a wonderful bonus. Plus, the gym is decent, clean, well-maintained, and perfect for everyday workouts. Gemini and Ladonna are truly the heart of this place, they’re incredibly kind, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. Jim and Carlos are fantastic too, anytime something needs fixing, they’re on it immediately. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live with great amenities and a caring team, I highly recommend this apartment. Gemini and Ladonna are simply the best!

My husband and I have lived at Sutter Creek for 41/2 years, we down sized and have never looked back at owning a house, It is very freeing to live here, no yard work, no shoveling, no brushing off your cars in the winter. We have excellent neighbors/friends here. Gemini and LaDonna are amazing, they personally know every person in the complex as well as there pets. Jim and Carlos are amazing as well. We love it here❤️

I absolutely love living here. Very pet friendly, quiet and 2 minutes from the highway. Gemini, Ladonna, Jim and Carlos are all fantastic and have gone above and beyond to make sure living here has been more than I could ask for. There's a wash bay for your car that also has a large tub to give your dog a bath, a pool with plenty of chairs and tables, a party room right next to the pool, a rooftop patio, a walking trail, a dog park, underground parking and it's about a 2 minute walk to get to a park with 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, 2 baseball diamonds and a great play area for kids. For me, this really is the perfect place to live.

I’ve lived at Sutter Creek for almost two years now, and it’s been a great place to call home. Gemini and LaDonna, the property managers, do an awesome job keeping everything running smoothly and making the community feel welcoming. I have two dogs who absolutely love the fenced-in dog park and the trails for walking. And in the summer, I really enjoy spending time up on the rooftop seating area.

Amazing apartment complex to live at.i have lived here for four years and its like living in a hotel- free ice, gym, heated underground parking, hiking trail, dog park and green roof. Amenities are fab and rent is priced very reasonable for location. Location is insanely convenient and very close to highway. Gemini and Ladonna go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of here. They make sure to say hi to my dog every day and give him treats!! Very dog friendly here. Jim and Carlos are great and keeping everything updated and are so knowledgeable when fixing things up. Again, Gemini and Ladonna are amazing. So easy to talk to and great communication when you need something in a pinch. Truly amazing property mangers and I could not be happier with this place I call home. The
