Cory and Eric are phenomenal. Overall even the unmentioned workers make this place run smoothly. There are quirks at times, but that is life. They will work with you and return communications promptly. The maintenance staff is the backbone of this community and they make this place outstanding. You really do not get much contact with workers, but they generally know your name and what you’re about. The employees are solid. I’ve lived here since 2018 (hold for a year absence). I recommend living here over the other locations in the area. They are upgrading the apartments and their objectives with the upcoming fiscal year are impressive as an organization and a local entity. Living here has been amazing! Orlando in the office has been so helpful whenever we have a question and the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, great neighbors, and great living so close to restaurants, stores, and Sendik’s! We even bought a giant couch for our living room because it is so big!

Shout out to the maintenance crew, Corey, Tim, and Eric! They all worked collectively and efficiently when it came to changing my air filter and smoke alarm. They were also able to go above and beyond and fulfilled other requests before I could submit a work order. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Many thanks to the amazing maintenance and administrative staff at The Corners of Brookfield Apartments. Everyone is kind and gracious in their interactions with residents and the maintenance staff responds to work orders very quickly. After 9 months of residence I am happy to call this community home.

The Corners of Brookfield Apartments leasing office and maintenance team always do a great job in taking care of tenants and completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. The recent closet and kitchen backsplash upgrades look great too. Thanks.
