The Willows

The apartment is okay, overall, kelly is great! it’s the landlord that’s the problem! i went without heat for 2 weeks and once i say ima break my lease they want to try to do something and when i asked to be compensated for the heat not working he said no. i have a 1 year old baby they don’t even care and it’s disgusting! i will not be renewing my lease next year it’s always something with them!

I've been here at The Willows for some years now and my office manager Kelly is amazing. Maureen is amazing. Our on-site maintenance men are amazing. Ossy and Vic. I have great neighbors. Any issues, they fix them very quickly. The people that I've mentioned in this review are some of the reasons I've been here so long. The grounds are always kept beautiful as well.

Everything from my first walk-in experience to signing my apartment agreement went smoothly. The apartment was beautifully redone and the property looked well kept. Kelly was amazing to work with. She was so responsive and always had a smile on her face. Thank you, kelly.
