I moved into this apartment complex back in August, and since then it’s been nothing but frustration. They came out to fix my floors, but the very next day the floors started coming up again. I’ve been reaching out ever since — calling, leaving messages, and sending multiple emails — and I have yet to get a real response or a proper fix. To make things worse, my heat still isn’t working. I’ve tried over and over to contact management and maintenance, but nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back, and nothing ever gets done. It’s like they completely ignore their residents once you move in. The lack of communication and care from both maintenance and management is unbelievable. I honestly regret ever moving here. Update #2 - DEFINITELY MICE AND ROACH INFESTED . I had to remove all food from cabinets due to roaches swarming in and out . I have caught a total of 4 mice on traps & still see them running around daily ! This place is disgusting . Update - Here we are a month later in 100 degree weather with NO WORKING AIR with a newborn baby & a sickly child . Maintenance came out to “replace” 1 and it’s still blowing out HOT air even the wall around the unit is hot . Called management back and they said it’s because of the temperatures outside that the air isn’t working (COMPLETE BS) & they could honestly care less . PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! 1st review - Haven't been living here over a month and already cannot wait until my lease is up. The property is terrible. The hall
