I went to visit my mom this weekend. Someone must of threw up all over the hallways on the 2nd floor. The smell is absolutely horrible and it's going into all the hallways. It was reported and no one has done anything. This needs to be taken care of. All the money my mom spends to live here this should of been taken care of immediately. This is absolutely disgusting.

Of all the places I've lived, this was the worst. Our place had a mouse infestation long before we arrived and no one told us. They sent exterminators to place sticky taps verses getting rid of the actual issue. We stopped eating on our kitchen table because every morning it was covered in feces. They even chewed through boxes and clothing. I opened a pizza box and a mouse jumped out at me, it wasn't even out for more than 30 min. We found feces on our bed. And every day we heard them in the walls. We disposed of about 30 mice in the two years we were there. Our shower never drained. We had workers open our bedroom door while we were sleeping. I wrote emails, sent pictures, made phone calls, and they still didn't care. We asked for another solution or we would be forced to stop paying rent

I appreciate that all though it took 3 days to complete my repair maintenance arrived 3 consecutive days until the job was complete. Thank you.
