The Willows at Alder Creek

Theirs new management and she is the worst person to run the office. She didn’t want to renew my lease, cuz she is a person who abuses her authority and lies.she lied on my 3 kids and also lied in court. She (lashonda) also brought Foodstamps from tenants. And has a nasty attitude. In my opinion if u live here be prepared to walk on egg shells. Just be prepared to record and keep record. Cuz she will lie on you. And lie in court.

I was one of the first residents to move into Alder Creek and I love this place, management is always helpful and understanding. Even though they only have one maintenance guy repair work is always done with lightning speed. I am always recommending alder creek to people that want a nice quiet place to live.

I just want to know why the office is never opened?

Been residing here for 5yrs, the convenience of the laundromat, fitness ctr and business ctr are great. I also had an opportunity to use the community ctr to host a baby shower which was wonderful.

Love it here very spacious…neighbors are friendly…property manager is amazing at her job always on point
