The Whitehorse Apartments

Great place to live and call home! The management and maintenance staff are THE BEST! Have been here for 15 months + and it has always been quiet, comfortable, great neighbors (respectul and sociable)! This is a gem when it comes to apartment living. Might not be shiny and new, but the tradeoff of great management, maintenance, and neighbors is important, and Whitehorse offers that!

My daughter lives at Whitehorse and I have the peace of knowing she's in a safe environment. The apartments are very well maintained, the staff is friendly and attentive, neighbors are friendly, and security is the best I've ever seen for an apartment complex. The security officer knows every adult, child, pet, and regular visitor by name! If you're on property he'll either know know who you are, or find out who you are!

I’ve had such a great experience! The grounds are always well-kept and beautifully maintained, which makes the community feel welcoming and peaceful. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking nice. The office staff is outstanding—always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They’re knowledgeable about the property and quick to answer questions or resolve any concerns, which makes the whole process of living here so much easier. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed community.

I enjoy living here. The complex is quiet and clean. The grounds are well kept and inviting. Any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly. The staff is always friendly and eager to help in any way!

I want to continue rating Whitehorse apartments. I pulled my towel off my tile rack in my new apartment, and the towel rack came off the wall.. I upgraded to a larger apartment. When I asked them to repair this and explained that I’m a little older now and I need balance when I get in the bathtub, they did’t just replace the towel rack. They installed a sturdy handle next to the shower, so I can hold onto it when getting in and out of the tub. They didn’t have to do this. They did it because they care about their residents.
