Mice/Rat infestation ongoing since August. 1st report pest control allegedly placed bait stations outside. Never saw them. Placed poison station behind stove, did not help. I purchased my own traps and continued to find droppings. Even beside my daughter’s bed. I had to relocate my daughter due to the risk of potentially worsening her medical condition by being exposed to possible infectious diseases. I no longer feel safe sleeping here or breathing the contaminated air caused by droppings. In addition to the ongoing infestation they charge for valet trash that they rarely fulfill. They close the club house for corporate events yet do not allow tenants to utilize the club house after office hours. Do yourself a favor and don’t move in until construction and all the problems have been resolved. Moved in mid month at a prorated rate however ongoing issues with no water, then trickle of water or no hot water. Their resolution was to offer water bottles at the office and put the blame elsewhere. Property Manager, not transparent on multiple occasions regarding the problems. Claims to have 30 years experience but is unprofessional. Very poor communication which should be a priority on a brand new development. Absolutely Awful Living Experience – Avoid If You Can!!!!!! Living here has been a complete nightmare. First off, the trash valet service is a joke – they rarely pick up on time, sometimes skip entire days, and if you leave your bag out even a minute late, they’ll slap you with a violation instead of doing their job. It’s completely inconsistent and more of a hassle than a convenience. On top of that, the property manager is extremely unprofessional. Any time you try to raise a concern or ask for help, they’re quick to argue instead of listening or offering solutions. It feels like they’re more interested in proving you wrong than improving the property. Maintenance is another major issue. This place is a joke — definitely NOT luxury living. We’re forced to pay $25 a month for trash valet, yet half the time it’s never picked up on schedule. Meanwhile, Management loves sending out emails telling us to keep our trash inside of the bins they provided to “prevent pests.” How exactly are we supposed to do that when valet doesn’t show up? Should we just stack 3–4 bags on top of the bin and hope for the best? The hypocrisy is unbelievable. This place has been the worst living here!!! I’ve been having issues since July with fees and mice. So I took it upon myself to call an exterminator and he said there were mice nesting behind my stove. He also said I couldn’t turn my oven on. I told them about it and they sent over the maintenance and they said that there is no nest and the dropping are old. So I left the place and mind u I had a baby crawling at the time and a 7 yr old. So I left and stayed somewhere else. Long story short they I basically haven’t been staying there since July to September. In September I stayed there until October because I seen 3 fleas and I got bitten. Of yall came and did 3 treatments or what there should be no fleas and I HAVENT EVEN BE STAYING THERE!!!!!!!!! It don’t add up so ofc there gotta be mic
