Mora was great! He was very kind and helpful - he explained to me the issue and what to do (it was a very simple fix - I tripped a breaker). He made sure everything was back up and running and my lights and heat came on before he left. Really happy with the maintenance service - truly they all are so helpful and sweet.

We had a few repairs that were needed and Mora, one of the maintenance workers came by with another one of the workers and fixed our door, and a small leak that we had. He was super respectful and did great work quickly and efficiently. Super thankful!

My move in was absolutely wonderful! Kristen was ready with info and showings, and even went as far as taking me around the property before I even decided to move in! Lease plans are fairly flexible, and they were honest and professional about everything I had questions about. Friendly future neighbors interested in a fairly affordable rental, short or long, should reach out to them! Also, on short notice maintenance request, Gordon and his team were on top of things with getting a pipe fixed and carpet replaced expeditiously; both he and Kristen keeping me updated while I was at work. Staff was there before I left for work and done before I got home.

If I could give Mora 10 stars I would ! He was so prompt at arriving at my house & very kind. He also went the extra mile to change my smoke detector while he was handling another issue at my apartment. Very much appreciated !

I've been at Lumberton Apartments for 11 years. It's been a blast the whole ride. Theresa and Kristen are the greatest. Fun fact, Kristen and I both went to Holy Cross high school. So, it was funny when we first met. Maintenence is always helpful. Gordon and Mora are speedy, meaning they get to you quick. They are great at getting the job done right. The pool and workout stations are nice. Everyone uses the dog park. They even have electric hookups for your electric vehicles. One last thing that I found great. There's army recruits all within the Apartments. I always thank them for their service. So with that said would I recommend moving here. Yes, I definitely would recommend it.
