Sterling Glen Apartments

Decent apartments annoying management. “ we have to come INSIDE your apartment to check fire extinguisher “ next month “ we have to come INSIDE your apartment to check water heater” next month “we have to come INSIDE your apartment” just leave me alone. Will not be renewing lease.

The pros....the grounds and units are generally kept in good condition. Maintenance crew is very good. Units are being updated when unoccupied. Its a quiet, little complex. The cons...The MAIN one... Whoever had the brilliant idea of putting the HVAC ductwork in the attic space for the second floor apartments should have their head examined. The air from the air conditioner gets heated before it gets blown into the apartment, which means it does nothing. Its like living in a brick oven in the summer. I have 2 portable a/c units going full tilt and its 83⁰ in here. Be forewarned....if you decide on a second floor unit, be prepared to be uncomfortable all summer....and pay the high utility bill. The rent went up a lot this year, which was unnecessary, considering the lack of proper cooling

I’m completely happy with my decision to move here the staff and the community is amazing The staff is very supportive and they always make me smile every time I see them they always have kind words and they always give me the best information if I need help they continue to make me feel comfortable and I know definitely that my decision to move here was the right decision I'm truly grateful and blessed

Maintenance guys are great and responsive Apartments are a good size for a 1 bed/1bath. A/C in the unit and washer and dryer. Have never had a problem with parking. Close to a gym, aldi's, dominos, burger king, conveience store, family dollar, shoprite, and a few local bars and parks. Also near the major highway Had to get a few things replaced but they handled it immediately. Rent has gone up every month as most places have. Quiet community for the most part. Good place to stay.

I just moved to Sterling Glen apartments and I absolutely love it. The leading office was so helpful and Jessica is the best. She really cares about the apartment community and will do what she can help with whatever she can to make you feel welcome. The maintenance crew are there and ready to help on the spot whether on or off duty. I'm so glad I came here and would recommend Sterling Glen apartments to everyone. Thank You for allowing me to make this place my new home.😁😁
