The Waverly

I’ve been living here since September and I can’t rave enough about this place! The rooms are a nice size with our individual bathrooms and the community spaces in the unit are huge! I love the kitchen (I love to cook) and I’m glad that we have a pool for the summer! The gym is amazing and all of our leasing agents/ managers are great and very helpful! Another big plus is our mail room! We have lockers for when we get things delivered, I love how simple it is to locate and pick up my packages!

I absolutely love living at the Waverly. I live in one of the cottages, and it’s super nice and well maintained. The staff at the Waverly are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met they’re always smiling and genuinely helpful. Anytime we’ve had an issue, it’s been fixed within a day. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is great, very ideal for undergrads, grads, and folks who live on their own. The staff is very responsive, the units are fairly well maintained (some dings here and there, but to be expected with so many younger residents moving in and out of the space), and the amenities are worth it. It's definitely pricey, but individual leases give a bit of reassurance from any potential legal roommate drama. The area it's in is not the most developed, but there's a grocery store nearby and a few local restaurants, so not too bad. One thing to keep in mind - for places with multiple rooms, you either have to come in with your own roommates or rely on the Waverly's internal matching system. I've been here for 2 months so far, but I'm definitely enjoying. The amenities are great especially in the summer. The apartments are nice and seem largely well kept for a pretty cheap rent. Maintenance is quick at taking care of any issues.

I've been living here for over 6 months and love it! The staff are all extremely friendly and the maintenance is timely. The gym is super convenient and I really appreciate all of the events they hold for residents!
