The Waverly Apartments

Mrs.Sharon has been a real treat, she has been super helpful and accommodating to my family and myself. From the experience that I've had with her so far, she has been very friendly to me. I can't wait to see what comes while living in my new apartment. OH and there is even a dog park on premises where I can take my fur baby to play safely and he loves it

I’ve been in the Waverly family for about 4 Ina half years now almost five .. I love it here frfr . The prices are a little high but it’s worth every penny .. maintenance comes quickly fixes things asap.. the neighborhood have everything on Goodman u don’t have to go far for anything, if u have kids this is a very kidly area that’s not even a word but you get my drift lol The property manager is very kind , understanding just make sure u pay your rent and everything will fall in place !! If your looking for a nice apartment come to the Waverly you wouldn’t wanna leave !

I am thankful and grateful to stay at The Waverly. The office managers and maintenance works well together in making sure the tenant needs are met. Iv’e enjoyed and still is enjoying my stay. I thank them for the love, yr care and concerns they’ve shown the year that I’ve lived here. Thank You Ms Nita, Ms Sharon and Mike It’s really been a blessed stay here. I appreciate ALL that you do . If I could give a lower rating, I absolutely would. As a local business owner who relocated from Memphis to Mississippi in hopes of finding a safer, more accommodating living environment, I’ve been consistently and deeply disappointed by this apartment complex. The level of service and respect here is shockingly poor—worse than what I’ve experienced at apartments in Memphis that cost a fraction of the rent. Do not waste your time or money here. The head of maintenance is, without exaggeration, one of the rudest individuals I’ve encountered since moving. His attitude has made my children feel uncomfortable in their own home, and he’s even attempted to charge me extra for basic maintenance services that should be included in the lease.
