I applied back in October and moved in November . First off let me say the application process was very easy which i love ❤️ I did read reviews before i applied and I saw where people didn’t like how they communicated via text but me personally I love it . I work a full time job plus I’m a football mom so for me it was very convenient to be able to text and get things handled. Move in was smooth. I love that they followed up with me after move in to make sure everything was ok . The rent is a very great price considering the safe area and I have 5 bedrooms. I recently had a maintenance request and someone came out the same day and addressed and fixed the problem. My experience has been amazing with this company so far

This company will do ANYTHING to make sure their tenants do not receive all of their deposits back even if you fulfill ALL their move out criteria. They will file evictions prematurely, to falsifying pictures as proof of why they are not returning your full deposit, to not providing detailed proof of why they are keeping your deposit. DO NOT rent from this company. Keeping your deposit becomes their main goal from the moment you sign your lease. Take a lot of before and after pictures of everything (lawn, trees, the entire house, and outside of the house, the street too). Chris Naper and the entire Allstar Management company are some unrighteousness humans. This company will not make it far operating off these immoral principles. If I could give 0 stars I would. Listen to the reviews. They will not give you any of your deposit back. Out of 1825 they gave me back 0. They charged me over $1000 for paint when I lived in the property over 2 years of course the paint was not going to be brand new & especially when they were going to paint anyways & it looked fairly decent for me to been there over 2 years, also never been a smoker in the home. They do not believe in wear & tears. They charged me a cleaning fee when I cleaned the whole house up. They charge me for yard maintenance when it’s fall time the leaves were just falling from the tree & they didn’t even have it maintained when I moved in. I toured a single-family rental listed by this company and was disappointed that the condition of the home did not match the expectations set by the listing. The description states the home is "ready for you to call it home," yet during the tour there were visible paint streaks in some areas of the walls, the property had not been professionally cleaned, the garage door was dented, the countertop near the sink was raised, and the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was coming out of the wall, and the bottom trim of refrigerator was coming off. The property has been on the market for roughly 40 days. After following up, I was informed the home would be rented "as-is," and that tenants would be responsible for installing blinds on every single window in the home as well as supplyin

🚨 IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD🚨 DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is full of mess!! We didn’t renew our lease so we paid month to month rent!! I cleaned that home from top to bottom and they came up with excuses on why they couldn’t give us our deposit back!! They charged us 100% to repaint and we wasn’t there long enough to be charged 100% as it was stated in the move out list!! This company does not believe in wear and tear at all…even though I made sure the walls were cleaned!! We were also charged for a shrub and said we didn’t trim the tree before leaving!! The shrub was the same size as when we moved!! They will not give you a final walkthrough!! Drove by the house and they done repainted the garage as well!!
