The Hamilton at Turman Farms

My experience with the moving process was pretty simple and welcoming. Nicole was very sweet and made sure I had everything I needed to move in by the date requested. The apartment was super clean during move in. So far no complaints with this company!

It was nice while it lasted..after my 1st year i had to deal with the constant random fees that would pop up on my rent portal AFTER rent was paid..was forced to use money orders after I was blocked from using the portal because my cards were stolen. Glad I don’t have to deal with getting nickel and dimed in an already overpriced complex anymore.

I have been a resident of Hamilton at Turman Farms for,, the last 11 years Let me share why ! When I was looking for an apartment In 2009 the apartments were new and to attract new tenants,there was a huge banner that said,"free water" so l went in and found out that water was free and if one signed a 12 mo lease,the 1st and last mo of the lease were free.i vcould not pass this up.i was also that this was a gated community.this meant very little drive through and drop In visitors. Other measures,no barbecue grills were allowed, putting a likely fire hazard to rest, also Satalite dishes were not allowed We have all gone by houses or apts where when a new dish co, Moved In usually the old one was left.and with multiple units this looked terrible. Don’t recommend. Very strict and pricey. Not enough security. They security cameras are dummy cameras if something happen you won’t get footage. No one at front desk carry good attitudes. They all liars and rude. 0/10.

I am sure why there are negative reviews on here recently. I just moved out only due to being able to rent a wonderful house, but I had nothing but a great experience there and will mone back in a heartbeat if I need an apartment again! The ladies in the office are terrific! Maintenance responds in a very timely manner and they keep their grounds looking nice. I had issues with my dishwasher and dryer while there and they ended up replacing them with new ones. They really care about their tenants and are truly the best around in my experience! I wouldn't hesitate to come back!
