The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis

My wife and I lived here for about nine months while I was temporarily working in St Louis. The office staff was very accommodating to our unique situation, and made everything very easy for us, both moving in and moving out. We loved the apartment, and the location was excellent with easy access to the freeway and lots of nearby shopping options. The area of the complex we were in had a lot of younger kids that were regularly outside, which was great for our 2 year old who loved the social interaction. The maintenance manager who did our walkthrough was very friendly, and refreshingly honest. If we ever have to move back to Missouri, we would definitely live here again.

Unless you like constant noise I would avoid this place. The pipes in the walls always click really loudly when the neighbors are using their water. The walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors pee when I'm in the bathroom. Dogs constantly barking. I have mentioned the noise problem more than once and all they do is send out a noise notice, which lets be honest, does absolutely nothing. Snow blower crew likes to clean the sidewalk at 2am. Constant auditory assualt. They also like to raise your rent prices pretty regularly.

This place is amazing! Jill Manning went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and simple getting my daughter settled into her brand-new apartment! Highly recommend Waterways!

This is a wonderful place to live. The walking path around the lakes and tennis courts is a really nice feature of living here. The property is kept clean and things are kept in good repair. Best apartment I've lived in. It's also fun that the whole staff are dog lovers!

This place is a hidden GEM!!! Not only is it quiet, peaceful and serene, but the staff are amazing! They go above and beyond! When EVER there is an issue and you need to make a maintenance request, they are ON IT and it gets fixed right away! When I first moved in my washer wasn’t working properly and I kid you not, the very next day they had replaced it with a brand new washer! The grounds are tended to very beautifully as well. You can tell they actually care. I am SO happy I found this place and absolutely love living here!!
