The Solstice

We seriously couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Solstice! From day one, the leasing team made our move-in incredibly smooth and stress-free and had us moved in within a week. The communication and efficiency were top-tier and made a huge difference for us. Maintenance is just as impressive. I submitted a work request one night (after working hours) and it was taken care of immediately the next morning as soon as the office opened. Fast, professional, and seamless, exactly how it should be! As someone who previously worked as a leasing agent, I can confidently say this team truly knows what they’re doing. This place has been my home since September 2024. I really enjoy the workers, great listeners, and they will work with you. I love the walking trail, the beautiful, clean pool, I haven’t tried the workout room, but I will soon. I love my luxury apartment, it has everything I need.

I recently moved into Solstice Apartments about two weeks ago, and I’m already so happy with my decision. The apartment has such a warm and welcoming vibe—it instantly felt like home. The amenities are excellent and make living here very comfortable. The community and atmosphere are great, and everything is so well maintained. Truly feels like the perfect place to live!

Gigi is the best and The Solstice is an awesome apartment complex. Thank you Gigi for helping me and showing me the beautiful property and apartment. It's the perfect location with shopping and dining all around. The weather lately make the available carports a nice option. I love a heated pool and the clubhouse is definitely somewhere I could see spending time. The apartment is spacious and I really liked the lighting and so much closest space. Even storage on the deck! And a washer and dryer! Very new and modern. I'm sorry I won't be moving in because we found a house much sooner than we thought. But I'm referring Solstice and Gigi to everyone.
