Cedar Lakes Apartments

Stay Away! Poorly maintained property with extremely outdated apartments. Our AC went out three times in under two years, with the last outage lasting three months in unbearable heat. Management could diagnose issues but blamed vendors on timely repairs. Constant runarounds, broken promises, and a lack of honest communication made living here unacceptable. Multiple neighbors share the same frustrations. Many units still rely on temporary fixes like portable ACs, and promised road work remains incomplete. LSL is a beautiful area, but leaving Cedar Lakes was a huge relief.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Cedar Lakes Apartments thanks to Mackenzie! She did an outstanding job from start to finish—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She answered all of my questions, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. You can tell she really cares about her job and the residents. If you’re looking to lease at Cedar Lakes, ask for Mackenzie—you won’t be disappointed!

Go anywhere else. The place is fixed up just enough for you to break it so they can charge you, for starters we had a door that had to be broken down to get out of the bathroom after the door handle broke, the simple fix of replacing the door took 3 months and countless phone calls. We then were charged $400 for it and it took another month for the door to be replaced with one that does not latch when closed. On the off chance that the leasing office answers the phone you are met with the rudest assistants that could be dragged off the street. Speaking of streets, say goodbye to your tires and or bumper if you live here. The potholes are something you may see in a downtown street alley or perhaps even the moon. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels safe. Management is responsive and professional—they handle questions and maintenance requests quickly, which I really appreciate. The amenities are a huge plus and always kept in good condition. My neighbors are friendly, and overall it’s a quiet, comfortable place to live. If you’re looking for a welcoming community with reliable management and a stress-free living experience, I definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Cedar Lakes is a wonderful place to live! The office staff Mae and Mackenzie are wonderful, always happy to take our calls. My grandmother lived here and felt at home every day. Jessica the property manager is also very tentative and will return our calls with urgency. Great community! Thank you all so much 🙂.
