I’m writing this review for my sister as she is still attended there so retaliation with this company is very much known. My sister went in there with good grace. She went in there paying everything that she needed to pay and she has been treated very poor. they do not care about your belongings. They will leave the gates open for Gangsters in the hood To be able to access everybody’s house not only has she been robbed once, but she was robbed twice right at her doorstep! Liliana in the office may seem like she’s such a nice person, but in reality they don’t care about you as a tenant they just want your money!! The city has been caught on these apartments, and we are currently speaking with the housing of Texas to report them! This area is very well known for killing just two weeks ago A

They don't enforce the rules, neighbors with music at 4 am you report them and the administration does nothing, as I was going to pay an amount and 3 months later I started paying 200 more than what was said! Terrible, they charge you for maintenance and if you report a failure they don't come or they fix it badly! Horrible experience!!!! Ileana is very kind at first but since you rent and sign the contract she doesn't care anymore.Don't come to live here if you don't want to be infested with cockroaches

I bien living in this appartement for over 2 years I recomended my family and friends to live here, is a peacefull comunity. Iliana assistant manager is always nice and helpfull.

Ilana was very helpful and made my move in process so easy, this is the place to go if you need a place.

I was apartment shopping and I am shocked at these reviews!!! These poor people. You cannot expect any human being to live with rats are you serious. I will make a report of these apartments. I am so sorry for anyone who lives here!! People have children what a sick business
