I had an issue with my garbage disposal where we experienced a burning smell and submitted an emergency maintenance request. Antony arrived within 45 mins and promptly assessed the situation. He was more than willing to extend his support to ensure everything was working properly. Appreciate his quick response.

I had an excellent experience with my air conditioning servicing , Anthony. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way I could understand. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC is working better than ever. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly before he left. I really appreciate his honesty, great attitude, and attention to detail.

This is a review regarding Waterford Apartment's unit 11-1326, Floor plan A1 with 652 sq. ft. TL; DR: Why would you come here when you have other options? Not recommended unless you want lying management that is only good for ripping you off, continuous roach problems, noisy area, and old property that breaks often. I have been at this location for the past 4 years, and I can say that I am happy to be leaving this place. First, all they care about is ripping you off. By the start of 3rd year, my rent increase was over 150% of the average property value increase in the area. Raleigh area property value went up by 23% while my rent up by 37%. Apartments are in a nice location and are adequately appointed. Management team will not address your concerns, and is not communicative. They will overcharge you at any point possible, not honoring rent specials and adding charges to your account that they will not explain. I have reached out 7 times regarding the water pressure in my apartment and an impossibly high sewer bill with no response. This complex and its parent company do not care about their tenants. They are either negligent or con-artists. You should not have to feel like you’re at the used car dealership trying to convince them not to scam you. DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I am extremely disappointed with the way management handled a recent situation in my unit. My bedroom door locked unexpectedly, and because my only bathroom is inside that bedroom, I immediately informed maintenance. Despite explaining that I have a child at home and no access to a bathroom or essential items, the issue was not treated as an emergency. It took 19 hours for management to finally resolve the problem. During that time, we had no access to basic needs, no place to use the restroom, and no support from the office. Because of this, I had no choice but to take my family to a hotel overnight, all due to management’s lack of urgency and concern for resident safety and habitability.
