As a current resident, i have had a wonderful experience with the apartment.any fun events. Maintenance is so welcoming and ready to help. I have had every problem solved. I enjoy working with the leasing agents. They are extremely personable.

Very unprofessional and dishonest company. After denying my rental application, they promised to refund the administration fee. It took them almost two months to send a check — and when I deposited it, the bank returned it as unpaid. On top of that, they ignore my calls when I use my own number. The only way to reach them is by calling from different numbers — which is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity. This is one of the worst and most untrustworthy rental offices I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.

Pictures are from the lobby at the Vivian. The other night it was super cold outside, I actually came in an stood by the video screen with the fire blazing . The heat was blowing from the registers above . I stood by the fire place for a while and thawed out my frozen hands . I thought that it was very festive and delightful for all the hard work the building had done . I had a warm fuzzy feeling of being home .

These companies in chicago are a joke. Did I read this info correctly. Application fee ok I get that everyone charges for that, however $450 admin fee, $400-600 one time pet fee then an additional $25 monthly pet fee. Wow

Terrible, unfriendly management. The manager treats us like we are wasting her time. I give it one star because zero is not an option. The water gets shut off randomly, without warning, at least twice a month. If a warning is given, it happens the day of. Today, we have been without water since 6:00pm, it is now 8:30pm - the “emergency maintenance” has no ETA for a repair. Keep in mind, if the water is off, the heat is off as well. We placed work orders for our bathroom in our first month: a leaking radiator and slow draining shower. They took 6 months to fix the radiator, and our shower has not been repaired (8 months later). Our AC did not work upon move in, which also has not been repaired or replaced. The elevator also shuts down without warning. If you do rent here, don’t rent past
