The Vistas Apartments

Loved our short stay but I only have one question. Who numbered the apartments? None are numbered consecutively. They are numbered so odd it took me a minute to walk around like an idiot looking for my number and it just made no sense. Other than that the roo.s were clean and comfortable.

Dont let the decent looks of the outside of this building fool you. Its absolutely hands down the nastiest place I have ever stayed in. From the moment you get a code to walk into the building. The smells in the hallways should have told me all I needed to know. It stinks something terrible. The smell will linger in your nose long after you've exited the building. Then the rooms. The pull out bed was full of crumbs. But it got worse as you open it up the matress cover is full of stains. Blood and whatever else. The sheets provided are equally as nasty. All the beds had nasty stains on the sheets. Cabinets with old food on them. Im sure they don't do much cleaning in between guests. Will definitely steer clear of this place in the future. I stayed at the Sierra Vista location in July 2024. My room was on the bottom floor by the outdoor smoking area. There is a privacy screen on the window, but the blinds aren't nestled into the window frame, so I attached two bath towels to cover the gap. After dark, I didn't like the direct sight line from the benches to my bed. The walls are thin, so I heard everything outside and in adjoined rooms, but that is a structural flaw. At least it kept me from oversleeping!😄 My room was clean and had thoughtful add ons, like pump bottle hand soap, THICK paper towels, ice in the tray, and very soft linens. All the guests were very friendly when I had questions. I felt safe, and that counts for A LOT. -E

Stayed here for close to 6 months. Great stay, has all your amenities. Leasing office team (primarily Katie) is awesome to work with and handled any issues with ease. Good option for those in Sierra Vista or FHAZ for a few months. My only recommendation would be to reconfigure wireless points- some areas did not have good WiFi coverage.

I recently stayed at this place (1 week), and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortably accommodated three people along with my large dog. The apartment had a warm and welcoming vibe, making it easy to settle in. One downside, however, smell of weed, which the folks smoked outside. If you're sensitive to smells or traveling with small children, this might be a concern. On the positive side, the hosts were very responsive—every time I emailed them, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. If you're looking for a pet-friendly place and don’t mind the odor, this place to stay is a great choice!
