The Vista At Summit Hill

I have never paid rent at a place and the air conditioning go out and been told I have to wait until business hours mon thru Fri. I was told after hours maintenance would fix it today. I reported this at 11am Saturday morning. Im being told now i have to wait until Monday or after? I never had a problem with this place until now. Update: come to find out someone or kids flipped the switch on the outside of building to cause the condensorm to shut off. I finally got someome to come because of it being 90 degrees today. This is the only problem.ive had hear other than a few loud neighbors. But if u stay to yourself and mind your biz noone really messes with u. If loud neighbors dont bother u a at times then it's not that bad of a place. The apartments are actually really nice.

This place has the potential to be a great apartment complex. Its just some of the people they can't keep from coming in visiting. Also this is for the side with the office. The other side the part that's across from weigels or what used to be weigels, is like the wild wild west! The picture isnt the best but im just showing the decent size kitchen with a dishwasher and all energy efficient appliances.

Can't say enough about how much the manager is really cleaning this place up! I greatly enjoy living here and you are minutes greatly everything at this location!

This is a great place to love as long as you stay to yourself
