The Vinings at Christiana

We moved in earlier this month, and we love it here! The neighborhood is clean, quiet, safe, and the ladies in the Leasing Office are all a pleasure to interact with! They made the move-in process feel like a breeze, and they were very patient and accommodating to our 2 toddlers. This place is very family friendly. The unit itself upon move-in was very clean and all appliances are functioning perfectly. Some dings and scuffs on the walls in some rooms, but nothing major. Maintenance is very swift to respond, we needed a shelf and a smoke detector repaired and it was done very quickly, and they are respectful of your space. There is routine pest control maintenance for this property, which my family very much appreciates since we are on the first floor. Parking is plentiful. Garbage dumpste

While i am comfortable in my apartment- my only complaint would be the smell that travels through the vents.. Or being able to hear people walking up and down the steps in your bedroom at all hours of the day/night. Sounds like they are shaking down your wall and door. Maybe change to cement steps? To reduce the noise

Everyone is wonderful! From the office staff to the maintenance team. Anytime I need something fixed the staff makes sure it is fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone is so polite and friendly. What a wonderful place to live.

Fixed issue in a timely manner. They were efficient and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Always a pleasure when they come and fix a maintenance issue. Thanks for all your hard work

The office staff and maintenance are very hard workers here at the Vinings at Christiana. They make sure that the property is very well kept and they are the hardest working group of employees l have ever known and l greatly appreciate all of the work that they do to make sure that the tenants have a comfortable and clean place to live. If there is a problem within your unit and you need maintenance service the maintenance workers resolve the issue as soon as they are given the work order's. The men are very professional, respectful and harding working men and they get the problem resolved and they make sure that tenants are satisfied with their work.
