Great new neighborhood in Amarillo. A little bit of a drive but worth the change in atmosphere. Good vibes.
Just moved here! So far we love the area. Very nice neighborhood, calm and clean! The home builder seems to care a lot of his product and making sure everyone follows through! The neighborhood is growing and so there still is that construction aspect but all in all, so far so good!
We bought our new house in The Vineyards in August. It was convenient and easy as far as the purchasing process went. Our house was mostly constructed except for the flooring and some hardware, and the builder worked with us to help put those final touches in the house that make it special. The houses in The Vineyards are of higher quality as compared to the other new homes that are being constructed in Amarillo. For example, we love the block wall (versus wooden fence) and practically zero exterior maintenance of the house, as it is stucco even on the eves. We have a ceramic tile roof which has higher hail resistance and easier maintenance for an area that experiences frequent and large hail storms. We had a wonderful experience in buying our house. Much better quality than the other builders in Amarillo. Everyone who works here is very friendly and have become like family. Quick response to problems. Excellent warranty. Great quality and a wonderful home atmosphere. We wanted to be in an area of beauty and not feel like we live in a flat, dry area with no trees. It is refreshing to come home and feel you live somewhere else. It is awesome. The builder lives on site along with several superintendents which speaks volumes on their confidence on the type of constructed homes out here.
