The Vineyard Apartments

Do NOT waste your time applying here unless you are 100% certain you’ll be approved and won’t change your mind about moving in! I applied for an apartment and paid a $250 holding deposit, and when the rental didn’t work out, they flat-out refused to give it back. They claim the holding deposit will go toward your security deposit or be refunded if things fall through — but that’s NOT what happened at all. Instead, they kept the money with zero accountability. Feels like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

No insulation between apartments whatsoever. The noise is absolutely INSANE. You can hear everything. I’ve lived in multiple apartments and this is definitely the worst sound wise. Already talked to the management and was told it’s thousands to break the lease to move.

Their dedication and hard work ensure that our community remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Whether it’s fixing a leaky faucet, responding promptly to maintenance requests, or keeping our shared spaces clean and tidy, our maintenance team consistently goes above and beyond. We loved our stay at The Vineyard Apartments in a 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms unit with an attached garage. It is the Four Seasons of apartments at a reasonable cost. Mike, the manager, and Alex were always visible, available and responsive to help us get the most out of the property or address any needs that arose. The grounds and amenities are all immaculately kept by the very competent and friendly staff. We enjoyed regularly walking the grounds with our dog, proximity to shopping and using the gym (which is Equinox quality) and frequently saw Mike doing the same. The tenants seemed to be comprised mostly of professionals, which kept things quiet and respectful. We highly recommend The Vineyard Apartments to anyone looking for a resort quality home.
