The Villas At High Springs

I have been living here for 3 years. It is very convenient to downtown High Springs! Close to the school, dining, shopping, and more! But the Manager, Eimy Perez is an awesome manager!! Any time I have a problem of any kind, she is right on it! Also the Maintenance guys ( Fred and Pedro) go above and beyond on their jobs !!

Great customer care and service, the most amazing property manager ever (Eimy). She is very responsive, diligent, and thoughtful!

This place is a small oasis, super quiet, the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The manager Ms. Eimy always goes out of her way to assist you, very professional and super efficient, without a doubt the best manager I have had in all the years I have rented. Also very grateful to the handymen, super professionals, especially Mr. Pedro, very attentive, always willing to help in addition to doing a phenomenal job. We enjoyed our years in the quiet and cozy apartments of The Villas at High Springs. I will always sincerely remember this place.
