Jim Wood Realty Property Management

Jim Wood and his staff have done a remarkable job managing our rental properties. They have managed our properties for years and have placed long term renters in our properties. I feel Jim does a great job representing the property owners while also making sure the tenants needs are always met.

My wife and I have been renting through Jim Wood Property Management for 4 years now. I can say without a doubt they are simply the best. From the very 1st phone call, which was Jim answering the phone to accommodate a last minute request to see a property, to the most recent call for a simple service concern. The staff is always friendly and very responsive. If you are looking for a great value on a rental apartment or home, you cannot go wrong with Jim Wood Realty. I hardly ever write any reviews about anything, I just don't have the time. I know that I have shared the good news about Jim Wood property management to friends from church, as well as coworkers for the past few years now. I sold my house to a man represented by Jim Wood. Jim was unnecessarily rude to the tentat I had living on the property at the time I sold it. This tenant was wonderful, considerate, cleaned the space perfectly by the morning of the day she was scheduled to leave. She's a dream tenant. He harassed her needlessly, despite the sale documents clearly indicating her lease went through the 10th of the month. She has since been moved out, and is stuck being in-between homes while waiting for her next residence to be ready for her. Meanwhile, the property she was renting sits empty and unchanged... she could have been staying there this whole time generating income for the new owner of the house! Good for the owner and good for the tenant! Not an impressive performance as a property manger...
